Our contracts ensure Our Clients receive  a professional level of support for the system installed on their site.  At-hand assistance will guarantee each system is operating at an optimum level, eliminating potential breakdowns and possible hardware faults which can be eradicated through routine maintenance visits carried out throughout each 12 month period.

 

Our experienced engineers will provide a friendly, hands on approach to any queries you may have about the system. Training and guidance on the system operations can be provided to ensure shared knowledge is readily available to the end user.

In this package we offer full telephone support during the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. All support calls will be directed to a K-Tec specialist engineer with specific knowledge of the system on site. This will include any necessary research work carried out by K-Tec personnel. This support is also inclusive of 10 out of hours support calls.

 

Any additional calls will be subject to charge.

Emergency Callout

Our callout system will ensure rapid response to unforeseen breakdown

Whether you have taken out a maintenance contract with K-Tec Automation or not we still offer emergency callout support to any site within UK and Europe. (Note: Our telephone details are detailed in the Contact page of the K-Tec Automation site) You will be directed to one of our experienced engineers who will provide immediate support and assess the extent of the fault before a skilled engineer is deployed to site.

 

Our rapid callout procedure ensures the downtime of critical equipment is kept to a minimum. You'll have complete piece of mind knowing that, should you be unfortunate enough to experience a failure, you're in safe hands and will be up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible.
